Questions, bugs, or a film correction? Email the developer.

Include your iPhone model, iOS and app versions, and what happened. Screenshots help—hide personal information first.

For film or quote corrections, include the title, date shown, and the detail to fix.

Quick help

Add a widget

Touch and hold an empty area of your Home Screen. Choose Edit → Add Widget (or +), search for Reel Day, and select a size.

Widget hasn’t refreshed

Open Reel Day, then return to your Home Screen. iOS controls refresh timing, so widgets may update after midnight. Email us if it stays out of date.

Poster won’t load

Check your internet connection and reopen Reel Day. If it persists, send us the film title and a screenshot.

Sharing isn’t working

Update the destination app and try again. You can also use More for the iOS share sheet or Save image. Saving requires permission to add to Photos; you can change permissions in iPhone Settings.

Privacy or deletion requests

Email the same address. Our privacy policy explains local data, analytics, sharing, and deletion.
